I grew up in a small village in the center of Austria, in the beautiful landscape of the Ausseerland. As a kid I wasn´t that sporty but still I spent a great deal of time in the mountains, together with my parents and my younger brother Benjamin. As a teenager my father brought me to mountain biking, with 18 years I raced my first mtb-competition. Over the years the passion, efforts and goals became bigger. And finally, while studying civil engineering in Graz, my efforts in mountain biking became professional.
